Engineering, Rehabilitation and Extension of Cameroonian Water Supply Systems (Phase 2 - T2)

The project aims to engineer and rehabilitate water supply systems within the whole country. The contract is divided into 5 phases
Buea
Rehabilitation works including:
- - Engineering of a river weir;
- - Engineering of a raw water pumping station, 1 + 1 pumps, 220 m³/h at 110 m
- - Design of a 3 km HDPE main pipe OD 355 – SDR 11
- - Rehabilitation engineering of the Mosel Spring treatment station and extension of its production capacity (150 m³/h to 370 m³/h)
- - Rehabilitation engineering of the treated water pumping station (1 + 1 pumps, 115 m³/h at 150 m)
Tokombéré
New system including:
- - Engineering of 1 borehole (30 m³/h)
- - Engineering of a chlorination station
- - Design of a 9km of HDPE delivery main pipe OD 160 – SDR 11
- - Engineering of a 200 m³ elevated storage tank (15 + 5 m)
- - Design of a 24km HDPE distribution network
- - Engineering of an operator’s office for billing and revenue collection
Tonga
New system including:
- - Engineering of a river weir
- - Engineering of a new treatment plant including coagulation/flocculation – sedimentation – aeration – filtration – pumping station (1 + 1 pumps, 50 m³/h at 75m)
- - Design of a 4 km HDPE delivery main pipe OD 160 – SDR 17
- - Engineering of a 200m³ concrete reservoir
- - Design of a 24 km HDPE distribution network
- - Engineering of an operator’s office for billing and revenue collection.
Yaounde
Rehabilitation works including:
- - Replacement engineering of 40 air valves on the main drinking water supply pipe towards Yaounde (OD 1,400).
