Rehabilitation of Drinking Water Supply Systems (C2)

The project aims to rehabilitate and engineer drinking water supply systems across 14 cities in Cameroon.
Bangoua
New system including:
- - Design of a 3.7 km HDPE OD 140 supply main;
- - Engineering of a new 300 m³ storage tank in reinforced concrete
- - Engineering of technical building
- - Engineering of 5 break pressure tanks of 10 m³ capacity on the distribution network.
- - Design of a 14.67 km HDPE distribution network (OD 140, 110, 90 and 63)
- - Engineering of the operator’s office for Camwater
Bankim
Rehabilitation works including:
- - Rehabilitation engineering of the intake and the raw water pumping station
- - Rehabilitation engineering and upgrade of the treatment plant (20 m³/h)
- - Rehabilitation engineering of the treated water pump
- - Reinforcement design of the distribution network with 8,000 m HDPE OD 90 pipes
- - Engineering of a 7km MV electrical line.
Banyo
Rehabilitation works including:
- - Engineering of 2 pre-sedimentation basins
- - Engineering of a new storage tank - 200 m³
- - Engineering of an operator’s office for the CDE
- - Engineering of a new borehole
- - Densification design of the distribution network with 4,940m HDPE OD 110 pipes and 3,150m HDPE OD 160 pipes.
Chidifi
Rehabilitation works including:
- - Rehabilitation engineering of raw water catchment
- - Rehabilitation engineering of 300m³/h drinking water production plant
- - Rehabilitation engineering of the storage tank.
Dimako
New system including:
- - Engineering of a new raw water intake
- - Engineering of a treatment plant in concrete (30 m³/h)
- - Engineering of a 70 m³ treated water slab
- - Engineering of the pump room
- - Design of a 2,000 m HDPE OD 110 treated water main
- - Engineering of a 300 m³ elevated tank
- - Engineering of a 1,000 m MV electrical line
- - Densification design of the distribution network with 3km HDPE OD 160 and 5km HDPE OD 110 pipes

- - Design of a 2.4km HDPE OD 400 treated water main towards the new elevated tank
- - Densification design of the distribution network with 2,160m HDPE OD 450, 600m HDPE OD 315, 2,800m HDPE OD 250 and 2,400m HDPE OD 200 pipes.
